Treatment encompasses changes in both lifestyle and diet, and both in the short and long term. Massage and meditation teach the mind and body to be mindful, and part of mindfulness is to think about one’s food choices and to recognize how important they can be in overall quality of health. Unhealthy foods interfere with human body’s normal functions leaving us in time vulnerable to disease. I teach clients to think about what they eat, to avoid unhealthy foods, to make their diets an essential element of their journey to a healthy lifestyle. The goal is to achieve overall outstanding health.
